On the occasion of the 12th Annual Scientific Meeting of the Sudan Human Reproduction and Embryology Society (SHRES), Dr Pavs and Ms Liezel, from the ANARA Operational Team, visited 11 ART centres in Khartoum. Lasting friendships and good connections were made.

The SHRES congress was opened by the Undersecretary of the Federal Minister of Health, and delegates were welcomed by Dr Mohamed Awad, President of SHRES.

Dr Pavs and Ms. Liezel joined many distinguished speakers from Sudan, Egypt, and other neighbouring countries in a vibrant programme addressing “New Trends in ART”, and conducted a successful ANARA data workshop.

Seven ART centres registered to participate signalling Sudans representation in the African Network and Registry.
